Family Constellations Workshop is an incredible opportunity to come and see how this therapy works.

This workshop will have 2/3 clients and up to 8 participants.

The client will come into the session with a particular question or block they are experiencing for which they are looking for resolution.

I will talk with the client and get a sense of what is going on. The participants will then be invited to volunteer to be a representative of various people in the family , feeding back their awareness of any feelings or movement they are experiencing.

The situation affecting the block will then be played out leading through to resolution.

It is often the case that the emotions and/or situations will reflect similar issues in the participants Family Constellation which means there will also be a positive shift. The sessions are confidential, so what happens in the room stays in the room.

It is a group therapy, where everyone is at service of others and there is no judgement.

By the end of the workshop you will feel that something in you has shifted while you helped someone to release their own hidden dynamic.
