Monthly Family Constellations Group session
Every 1st Saturday of the month I will be holding a group session to support you in a deep, magical and powerful inner journey!!
Our next one is :
7th of May 2022 from 12:00 to 16:00 @ Chameleon Wellbeing Centre.
What to expect on the day?
We start by introducing ourselves, have a cup of tea or coffee and I will explain the theory behind the Therapy.
The 1st 30m is dedicated to understand how important the 3 Laws of Love are so important!
And then begins...
The rest of the day is about being at service of someone while healing yourself!
As humans we crave connection and we love to be at service! This is probably the easiest way of giving and receiving at the same time!
Energy exchange: £40
Short refreshment and food sharing between sessions. Tea and coffee provided will be provide but Bring some snacks to share!

Family Constellations Group session FAQ:
Is FC for me?
- Do you feel stuck in some area of your life but you do not know why?

If you said yes to any of the questions, then a family constellations group session can be a perfect way to support you, either being a client or a representative.
Why do it as a group session instead of 1:1?
- A group session has been developed so you can identify hidden dynamics that are entangling you and your family, using people as representatives of your system.
- It is confidential and private. No one really needs to know what/who they are representing.
- It is quicker than a 1:1 and as powerful.
What happens during a group session?
- The client brings a theme they want to "look" at and in a confidential space will share it with me only!
- the rest of the group are participants, and will represent an element of the system, by feeling/acting/ talking/dancing, etc
- the representatives of the system will create a living map of your “theme”.
- Once the hidden dynamic is identified, we then start the process of disentangling and the healing starts!
How do you benefit from being a participant?
-When you are a representative of someone else’s system, you are also working for your system and you are releasing patterns and roles that aren’t yours.
